Club bike sessions run on Wednesdays. Turbo through the winter and out on the roads from roughly when the clocks go forward.
Informal weekend rides are generally organised amongst members via the Facebook group.

Developing all aspects of riding fitness, bike position and pedalling technique. Please bring your bike, a turbo trainer + towel and run shoes for off the bike work at end of session.
2016 season was our first season offering coached cycling on the road. We started off with novice bike handling and introduction to group riding at the Bellahouston outdoor track and progressed to training sessions leaving from Braehaed car park and making good use of the Georgetown TT course. We will try to bring you something similar for 2017 season. Watch this space.
Time Trials and Hill Climbs
Through the season the club run 4 x TTs and 2 x Hill Climbs. TTs are split between the Georgetown (7.2 mile) and Westferry (10 mile) courses.
