Training

There are two run sessions every week. Each session lasts 60- 75 minutes and focus is on running drills and base aerobic running with some strength components. All abilities are welcome.  Run sessions involve no more than 20 mins straight running at any one time and routes will be such that nobody is left behind.

Tuesday 18:45 run leaves from the front gates of the Botanic Gardens (opposite the Oran Mor) at 18:45

Thursday 18:45 leaves from Scotstoun leisure centre  until further notice (meet inside by reception). Google Map Link

Park Run

Our local Park Run is Victoria Park , Scotstoun. The 5K Park Run is a great measure of progress and performance. Much of our training paces are based from knowing your 5K race pace.
