    Novice / Improvers technical swim session – the ideal place to improve low level freestyle swimming or brush up your technique. Based on a rolling 20 week programme that works on swimming fundamentals.

    As a minimum for these sessions you will need to be able to swim 100m freestyle / front crawl with your face in the water. Doesn’t matter how quick or slow.

  • Week# 4 of 4 - Recovery week

    Welcome to week four, recovery week. You made it!

    This week is the last in the current cycle and sees a lower training load across all sessions. This gives your body a chance to recover and adapt to the training of the last three weeks.

    All training sessions this week have the same focus as the previous two, but with increased volume and / or intensity. This will be the hardest week in the current cycle. Don't worry though as next week will be recovery week where your body will get a chance to rest and adapt to the training.
